Example 2: Find the answer to 55.6321 + 5.321 + 0.64? Solution: Given is addition of three decimal numbers with different number of decimal spaces. The decimal number 55.6321 has 4 decimal spaces. The decimal number 5.321 has 3 decimal spaces. The decimal number 0.43 has 2 decimal spaces The sum of the three numbers is: 55.6321 + 5.321 + 0.64= 61.5931 The answer is 61.59 (Rounded to 2 decimal spaces.)
